By creating an account or using Veflat Creator you accept these terms. The service is operated by Veflat SAS, NIT 901475872, based in Medellín, Colombia.
The Service
Veflat Creator enables you to build automations responding to Instagram comments, story replies, and direct messages, as well as track clicks and leads. It operates via the official Instagram Graph API and depends on Meta's platform availability and developer policies.
Your Account & Content
- You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your credentials secure.
- You must maintain an Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account and comply with Meta's policies.
- You are solely responsible for messages configured and having the rights to deliver them. Do not use the service for spam, deceptive, or illegal content.
Plans, Quotas & Payments
Current plans, quotas, and fees are displayed on the pricing page. Upon reaching your DM quota, automations pause while preserving configuration. [REPLACE: renewal, cancellation, and refund policies].
Availability & Liability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee that Instagram delivers every single message. [REPLACE: liability limitations per legal counsel].
Termination
